Open billing
Press Alt+1 to jump straight to the billing screen.
Search product
Start typing a product name. Results appear instantly from your local inventory.
Select & quantity
Select the batch, enter quantity and rate — the system handles totals and GST.
Assign customer
Press F3 to search and assign a customer. Credit limits are checked automatically.
Confirm & print
F8 finalizes the bill. Invoice prints in one step — thermal or A4.
